What to Expect
I am an Amateur Film Maker, with a single years worth of experience in College classes for film/video editing. That being said, I'm still very much learning about what I can do. Here will be a list of the things I can confidently do in editing.
Cutting footage/audio
Basic Stitching of cuts
Adding audio tracks
Low Grade Sound effects
Video/Audio Transitions (To hide/"spice" up the more obvious cuts)
Color grading (The more basics of it at least)
I also do some amount of Graphic design to add into projects, such as scenes and images. As well as design pieces for purposes of videos that need thumbnails, starting scenes, ending scenes, and the likes. As well as For Stream overlays. (These will be a lesser charge then any of the other services I offer)
Here are services I provide revolving around streaming.
Stream Overlays (Static overlays, or overlays with moving parts [i.e. Graphics with animations and such])

I will also Aid in setting up a streaming program for those who are newer to their programs (Or if its needed for making sure the scenes I crafted work as intended)
Commission Prices
Each item will be charged on an hourly basis.
(Example, 24 Hours of Cutting/Clipping will come out to $240)
$10 - Video/Audio Cutting/Clipping
$5 - Basic Stitching video and audio cuts/clips together
$5 - Adding Audio Tracks to a project
$10 - Adding Sound Effects
$15 - Adding in "Special Effects"
$5 - Video Transitions
Color grading will be an additional 25% of the total invoice if I'm requested to do it.
Note*: I will charge my own equivalent to a "Tax Rate" of 5% in the invoice for any project that takes over 168 hours (7 days) to complete.
Streaming Services
Streaming Services are not charged by every hour worked, and are instead listed as the total price per service.
$2.50 Stream Overlay (Static)

$4 More "Extravagant" Pause Scenes

$6 Assisting Stream setup and adjusting overlay/scenes to work with Client Setups.

Terms of Service!
***Violation of any of my Terms of Service will result in you being blacklisted from the client list (unless stated otherwise under a specific Term), and the loss of rights to any project. ***By Commissioning a Project from me you agree to these terms:
I retain the right to post update pictures/clips of a project on my social media for advertising purposes. If you'd like to specifically order a non-posted commission, let me know.
Payments will be in USD, a down payment will be made prior to the start of the commission, usually the price will be %10 of the Estimated cost. Whatever that %10 comes out to be will be subtracted from the total cost in the invoice at the end of the Projects completion.
Any assets given to me to use in the project must be copyright free unless you have explicit permission to use a copyright asset. If you give me copyrighted assets and do not have permission to use them, you will not receive a refund if any payments have already been made, and will be banned for 2 months from the client list. IF you violate this term 3 times, you will be permanently blacklisted from the client list.
Upon commissioning me, if there are any specific assets you wish to see in your finished project that you don't already have as a file to send to me, I will find an asset that works to the best of my ability for that asset (But I will only search for free assets, which means the asset quality may not be what you wanted.)
You will not issue a chargeback for a finished commission, and if during the term of work a problem arises, we will connect about the possibility of refunding. Stream overlays are not eligible for Refunding.
If in the case that I cannot finish your commission, I will refund you the %10 down payment total.
You will inform me of any deadlines for a projects completion before paying the down payment, as deadlines will add additional costs to the estimated/final price depending on the deadline.
During the development process of the project, I will send screen captures/clips as progress updates. For part of the process, you are entitled to 3 Major Edits for me to make to anything major, permitted any edits that add extra work/time spent on the project will add to the final invoice. Obviously as I send updates, if something within the edit doesn't look right, or anything close to initial agreement at the start of the project, let me know and I will make changes as needed.
You are only allowed to send assets to be placed in the video during those 3 edits after project start. Any other assets required for the project as agreed upon that have not been sent to me, will be replaced with assets I find to fill the agreed upon project.
If the commissioned project is a video being edited, and you send me new footage you wish to add into the project, this will add to the final invoice. You are only allowed to send one footage file to edit into the project after the project is started.
